I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, but they could use some updates. The service was exceptional, exceeding my expectations. The location was convenient for my needs, but it was disappointing to learn about some restrictions. The dining options were nice, and the facilities added to the overall positive experience.

I chose to stay at this hotel to decompress and it was a beautiful and quiet location. Although it is not near any food, it was close to DFW and easy to get in and out, making it convenient for my corporate office and close to the Southlake shops and restaurants.

I left a king room after handing the manager one that he killed. The rooms have an exceptional bathroom but are dated, looking forward to renovations.
